Dear Teachers, Students & Parents,

A visit to an apple orchard in the fall is a treat and educational for everyone.

The fragrance of ripe fruit, the crisp air and the rich hues of the season make for an unforgettable experience. Our Orchard and facilities are open for schools and classroom tours.

Our guided tour includes:

• A wagon train ride through the Orchard.
• Question and Answer period.
• Show and Tell Centre - a verbal presentation will be given to the children about apples with the aid of hand painted pictures and singing.
• Picking an apple from a tree.
• Explain different parts of a bee with aid of a costume.
• Learn how to press Cider with an old fashion press.
• A Goodie bag will include freshly squeezed apple juice and an apple.

The tour takes about one hour at a cost of $7.00 per person.

Be sure to dress warmly and if you wish, bring your own lunch.
